Ashton Whitty and Asia Argento
Ashton Blaise Whitty (born October 1, 1995, on the streets of Berkeley California) is an actress. She is an actor, well-known for Choices 2010 (also well-known as The Heart and Other Small Shapes), Chrissie Mayr's Content House (2022), as well as The Heart and Other Small Shapes.
Asia Argento began her career as an actress in Rome. She is part of a family that also includes a number of filmmakers. She made her film debut at the age of nine in Sergio Citti's Sogni bisogni. In 1988 she had become the main character of Cristina Comencini's Zoo as well as a part of Michele's The Church. The intricate and challenging part earned her an award: a David di Donatello Award for Best Actress. She was a part of Peter Del Monte's Compagna di viaggio with Michel Piccoli and won an award from David diDonatello and the Grolla oro. In 1994 Asia decided to try directing and turned out two short films in the episode of the movie De Generazione In 1996 she directed a documentary on her father and, in 1998, a film about cult director Abel Ferrara, AbelAsia which won an award at AbelAsia, which was awarded an award at the Rome Film Festival. In 1999, Asia was the first to direct a feature film in the form of Scarlet Diva in which she played the lead actress and author of the screenplay. The film released on May 1, 2000 in Italy and around the globe. This film was awarded during the Williamsburg Festival in Brooklyn, New York.
