Colson Kelly (aka Machine Gun Kelly), is a rap artist who has a unique style. Baker was born on the 22nd of April, 1990, in Houston Texas U.S. into the family of English Scottish and German descent. His parents were missionaries, and throughout his childhood, he traveled a lot along with them. James Colson Baker battled depression and unemployment, and his mother Sonia Alane dumped him at the age of nine. Baker was moved to Denver with his dad and stayed for some time. Baker had to endure bullying from fellow kids because of his poverty. When he was in sixth grade, he began to listen to rap. Colson Baker popularly known as Machine Gun Kelly was born on the 22nd of April, 1990, in Texas in the U.S. He has a reputation for blending hip-hop that is contemporary and alternative with rock music into his songs. Baker had released four mixtapes in 2007 through the year 2010 prior to signing with Bad Boy Records. In late 2011, this Cleveland rapper became a star when he changed from self-releasing his mixtapes, and then signing with reputable record labels. Then his career exploded every album being ranked among the top ten.
